There is not a doctoral program in I/O psychology at WMU. However, students who want to pursue a Ph.D. enter our doctoral program in behavior analysis, often studying with the same faculty member who advised them in the I/O psychology MA program. Our behavior analysis program is flexible enough for students to pursue a specialization in I/O psychology.
