The term Teammate refers to either/or/both subcontractors and team members. The term Team Member shall be defined as any contractor, corporation, or other legal entity holding a pertinent GSA Schedule as defined by AMCOM EXPRESS and having signed a Team Member Teaming Agreement with INTUITIVE. The term Subcontractor is defined as any contractor, corporation, or other legal entity that desires to work with INTUITIVE to obtain task order awards in support of AMCOM EXPRESS.
