Although it’s not exactly the answer to your questions, people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), react just the opposite to stimulants and depressants, that’s why amphetimines (a stimulant), the generally accepted treatment for ADHD, calm them down. So caffeine will calm them down and alcohol will stimulate them.
