The July & August rentals as well as Race Week in June are by the week only. Rental rates for these dates are firm. All other rentals outside of high season can be 2+ nights. Depending on the time of year it might be $900 up to $1100 per night. The nightly rates on our website are for a 2 night minimum rental. If you decide to add more nights we can discount the rate for you. You may also request a weekly rate. If you are holding an event AND staying more than 2 nights AND are using our in-house catering services you may request a quote for your stay.
