No. However there are a few items required of international applicants that are different from US applicants. • All international students are also required to complete and submit the Certification of Finances (COF) form regardless if you are applying for financial aid. • All international students are required to submit official scores of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam. If your native or first language is English, if your high school’s primary language of instruction is English and have attended the school for more than three years, or if you scored 600 or higher on the Critical Reading portion of the SAT, you are not required to take the TOEFL exam.
