Is there a difference in type of coaching or mentoring information discussed between the generations?
We are lead to believe that the Now Generation has less identification with their organization – a more me generation so appealing to loyalty and institutional goals and values are irrelevant; our data does not support this generalization. During our coaching or mentoring discussion I need to know whats fair and makes sense: e.g., why should I do something, why does it matter and why should I care, etc.
