Is there a difference between Ukrainian women and Russian women?
That is a bit like asking if women from Texas are different for those in Montana. Sure your surrounding affect your personality but in general they share a common fabric. They hold a very high family value as being important above most otherthings in life. It might be best to say they are diffent as all people are different and it is not the country that should be considered but the woman herself.
