Is there a difference between shipping costs, delivery and set-up?
Yes. Shipping costs are determined by the manufacturer and cover the cost of shipping your order from the manufacturer’s factory to the Furniture Direct warehouse. Delivery and set-up costs are paid to the delivery company coordinating our in-home white-glove delivery service. The process of delivery and set-up includes unboxing your furniture, inspection of each item, any assembly if required, and finally, placed of your furniture in the designated area or room in your home.
