Is there a difference between purple sticky salvia and dry salvia divinorum leaves?
Purple sticky is just a commercial branding name for salvia extract. Dried leaves are less potent and hence the reason the the lower price. You have to smoke more material if it’s just dried leaf and so ‘breakthrough’ effects are harder to reach. Remember, be safe and always adhere to the rules of set and setting.
