my next of kin is a nurse and only uses non prescription eyeglasses. they’re not harmful but I other believe in getting prescription eyeglasses that suit you specific needs. As a nurse, she wouldn’t wear them if they be harmful, but I don’t deem they’re as strong as she really needs.
