ABSOLUTELY! Only Navy scholarships offer freedom of major selection and freedom of college selection to all recipients. Additionally, there are no “partial” Navy scholarships; all NROTC scholarships provide full tuition, fees and books. Please check this closely to ensure your best interests are met.
