Is there a difference between my LibertyOne account and student account?

Yes. Your student account held in the business office is completely separate from the One Account. You choose to receive University refunds into the One Account from your student account. This is simply the fastest way to get your refund once the funds are released by the University. Any purchases you make with your LibertyOne card come out of the One Account and not from your student account. The OneAccount is a seperate FDIC insured bank account that only you have access to.
