K&ucirc Aloha offers opioid (methadone), intensive outpatient, and outpatient (culturally based) treatment. The opioid program, Hui Ho`omaikai is comprehensive and provides case management; individual, group and family counseling and education, crisis management; direct assistance (food, etc.) HIV, Hep B and TB testing; vaccines for Hep B, education on the prevention and care of HIV and other communicable diseases, medical case management for persons who are HIV positive; and other ancillary services.
