One of the common concerns about Twitter comes from businesses that target businesses, not consumers. And the concern points right back to the importance of clearly defining why you want to use Twitter in the first place. Remember, people buy from people, so start off by asking your customers if they use Twitter. Then ask those that use Twitter how they use it. If you see an opportunity to provide your customers with value, you have your starting point.
