Is there a Deer Path community newsletter?
Yes, monthly or quarterly newsletters have been identified as an effective means to communicate with homeowners regularly and timely on matters related to the Deer Path community. Methods for dissemination include hand delivery by volunteers, official mailing by CASI along with other HOA-related materials, etc. Links to newsletters are also sent via the www.deerpathhoa.org website e-mail distribution. Currently over 300 homeowners are signed up via the website, and the goal is to achieve 100% community signup. Other suggestions for getting the word out included flyer boxes at each community entrance, with the responsibility on each homeowner to take a newsletter or other HOA-related information contained therein.
