No, since February 19, 2008, with the launching of the new program VoyageurREWARDS™ there is no helpdesk phone number. However, there is an online helpdesk. Go to Business services > VoyageurREWARDS™ > Dedicated online space (VoyageurREWARDS™ specific forms and email address). You will have an answer as soon as possible.
