Is there a deadline for submitting an application to CLT for the NCLT LPC?

0

Applications are accepted up to the start date of the course in September 2010. However, you need to be aware of the Solicitor Regulation Authority’s deadline for processing student membership applications, which is set out below: You can submit an application form (form EN1: which can be found on the SRA’s website): to the SRA up to the start date of the LPC, provided you give the LPC provider a written undertaking that you will submit your application to the SRA within seven calendar days of enrolment on the LPC. If the SRA do not receive your application within seven days of your enrolment it WILL NOT process your application and you will be required to leave the course.
