Is there a crosswalk/mapping of data elements from the UB-92 to the ANSI 837?
The HIPAA X12N 837 Institutional Claim Implementation Guide contains such a mapping. Appendix F, Part 1 maps the UB-92 hardcopy form to the 837, while Appendix F, Part 2, maps version 6.0 of the UB-92 flat file (192-byte) to the 837.
