Is there a country that the monarchy has complete control over?

It’s said: Saudi Arabia. Brunei of course, and Monaco. But Monaco is no “real” monarchy. It’s a principality with pirates at the lean bow. But that late Prince Rainier was in control of everything, like a dictator. I’m not sure about his son, Prince Albert. He seems to be a bit better but those buggers have even installed cameras at all the roads leading into Monaco, to check out who’s coming. That’s no joke. Liechtenstein doesn’t comply. That weird Prince Hans Adam is the goofer within. Screaming and trampling in his Parliament and threating he’ll leave the country if they don’t give him more power! Careful, Hans Adam! You might on your way to Austria sooner than you like!
