Is there a cost to my business for the use of eMeetings?

No business will be charged for normal usage. Large events that exceed normal usage may be charged a spike fee of $25 per day per seat. Two parameters will be considered to determine if an eMeeting is outside normal parameters, how large the eMeeting is. Any eMeeting that is larger than 30 sites will be evaluated based on the second criteria. Does the eMeeting force Honeywell to exceed their baseline seat count? Honeywell has negotiated a base number of seats from Microsoft Office Live Meeting. Monthly evaluations will take place as to whether to increase the licensed base seats. No spike fees will be charged as long as we do not exceed the base. Both criteria, size and base, must be exceeded before any spike fees may be charged.
