Many libraries loan books free of charge. In addition, many libraries in Louisiana and other states do not charge for photocopying articles or other materials. When charges apply, you will be notified. The cost(s) may range from .10 per page and up, with a possible $1 or more handling fee, to as much as a flat fee of $10 or more per article regardless of the length of the article.
