Is there a cost for requesting public records?
If a request does not exceed 15 minutes of staff time then we will absorb the costs of fulfilling the request. This assumes that staff time is available and no additional review of materials is needed to remove any information exempt from public disclosure. If the request requires more than 15 minutes of staff time, the staff person will make an estimate of the time and cost and will get back to you for confirmation before fulfilling the request.
