Is there a correlation between spinal points within a grade and HERA point scores?

No. The only correlation is between the HERA point score and the grade. The point score for a role simply assigns that role to a particular grade by falling within the HERA points range applicable to that grade. It does not determine the spinal point on which an individual is placed within that grade – that is determined by current salary.
