Yes there is. I have tachycardia and bradycardia and the cardiologist recommended getting tested for sleep apnea (I know I have it) and getting the CPAP machine. Often I would doze off feeling fine and wake up after 60 seconds or so having an episode of bradycardia. Mine was controlled with medication.
