Answer To my knowledge there has been no reports of any link between Prilosec either when it was available on prescription or now that it has been switched to OTC status. I could find no documented reports of any side effects reporting a link between Prilosec use and seizures of any kind. If you have had any sort of seizure activity you should see your doctor as soon as possible to determine the cause of the problem.
