Is there a correlation between hydraulic leak vs. pneumatic leak?

I’m trying to determine the validity of a leak test for a medical device, but I need to correlate hydraulic leak to pneumatic leak since the test is done with air. I’m not actually looking for a definition, but more like an equation. In other words, if I have a given leak rate (flow through a hole) using air as my test media, how does the value of the given leak rate with air converts into a flow rate if I was using water as a test media instead.
