Is there a contract involved with becoming an ISOLDKWIK Representative?
The ISOLDKWIK program is a very powerful advertising and marketing tool for any real estate investor committed to dominating their target market. The key to any successful seller marketing campaign is rooted with a consistent reach and frequency over a long period of time. To that end, we allow new ISOLDKWIK representatives to license rights to an ISOLDKWIK territory at a set rate with a month-to-month licensing agreement. There is a termination clause in the agreement which enables a representative to terminate the relationship after providing sufficient notice.
