The National UST Operations and Maintenance Manual Working Group has released a manual. They are a group of technical and regulatory staff from EPA and a number of state and municipal UST agencies, including EPA OUST, Alaska, Washington, Utah, Arizona Inter Tribal Council, New Mexico, South Carolina, EPA Region 5, City of Chicago, EPA Region 3, Barnstable County MA, and Vermont. The manual is available at Alaska’s website in Word Perfect format.
