No, there is no competitive advantage to the selection of any particular research-based model or strategies. The scoring of the grant will be based on the criteria in the EETT Scoring Criteria rubric. Districts should choose or develop a research-based program meets the needs of target students and target teachers and is based on a review of relevant research.
