Is there a company in America which will convert any car into a convertible?
It would be cheaper and safer to just sell or trade yours for a convertible. There may be some fools out there who would do it but it isn’t just a matter of cutting of the hard top and putting n a soft top. The steel top makes up a good bit of the rigidity and strength of the cars body so a convertible is designed differently, from the ground up, with stiffening and strengthening that isn’t required in a hardtop auto. Cut that hard top off and you basically have a weak and dangerous car. I’m not saying it can’t and/or hasn’t been done but it requires a lot of knowledge, expertise and engineering ability to wind up with a safe car and that makes it a lot cheaper to just go buy a convertible.
