There is no separate clinical practice or internship course for students in the Medical Coding and Reimbursement Specialist Program. HCI 228 Medical Coding Practicum is the equivalent of this activity, but instead of going to a clinical site, the student will be required to code 100 real medical records which will be available through Blackboard.
