Is there a cheat or glitch to get rid of money on the Sims 2?
I know when you’re on the neighborhood screen there is a cheat to change your family’s finances. I’m not sure if it can decrease it, but I don’t see why not. The cheat is: “Familyfunds (Family’s last name) (amount)” for example, if you wanted the Smith family to have 50,000 simoleons, it would be “Familyfunds Smith 50000” But you have to be in the neighborhood, not on a lot to use this cheat and I’m not sure if it would work if they were already in a house. Also, I think it was either the apartment life EP or the freetime EP, if you have either of those, they changed how much money new households get. If your new household has 4 adults in it, they will start out with a lot more money than a new household with one adult, for example.
