Is there a cheap way to fix my split ends without getting my hair cut?
You really should trim your hair to get rid of the split ends- That’s the only way to truly “repair” the hair. Otherwise the hair will keep splitting and you’ll end up with really long splits. Most products that claim to “heal” split ends really just glue the ends together- Trust me the split ends WILL come back with a vengeance! When you blow-dry, try not to use the hottest setting. It may be faster than the cool or warm setting but the heat dries out your hair and causes it to become brittle and more easily damaged. Same goes for the flat iron, many women use heat settings that are much hotter than what they actually need to get their hair straight. Other tips: Don’t brush your hair while it’s wet Try finding a shampoo that includes sunscreen as an ingredient Always condition after shampooing, and use a deep conditioner at least once a month.
