Yes. There is a $1,000 setup fee to create a private label direct mail site. Graphic design assistance is billed at $60/hour. Engineering effort required to customize beyond what is described above is billed at $100/hour – most will not require this. Setup fees can be waived based on a minimum volume commitment.
