Is there a charge for ordering NCI materials?
National Cancer Institute (NCI) publications are free. However, there is a shipping and handling fee of 15 cents per copy for orders over 20 items (bulk orders). To cover the basic accounting costs associated with processing payments for bulk orders, NCI requires an $8.00 minimum charge. Bulk orders placed on NCIPL must be paid by credit card. To discuss alternative payment methods, contact the Cancer Information Service at 1-800-4-CANCER (1-800-422-6237) and select the option to order publications.
