Is there a charge for lodging a planning application?

0

All planning applications require the payment of a fee. The fee depends upon the type and scope of use or development being proposed. A copy of the schedule of fees can be downloaded Fees and Charges 2010-2011 . Some applications may require approval from a State Government agency (e.g. Environment Protection authority). An additional fee may be charged by the State Government in such circumstances. Please contact the Council’s Land Use Planning Group for a calculation of fees for a particular proposal.
