Is there a charge for kitchen design services?
While some other companies charge for kitchen design and bathroom design services, we do not. Custom design is one of our biggest strengths, but we do not sell plans. We sell completed projects. If, after reviewing our products, preliminary design concepts and our initial estimate, you wish to proceed, we will ask you to sign an Intent to Purchase Agreement (ITP). This minimal financial commitment is not a design fee. It simply allows us to devote the time necessary to design, draw and price a project to your exacting specifications. Our designers will work with you to come up with a plan that meets your specific needs, desires and budget. We will modify the drawings and pricing as often as required until everything meets with your approval. ITP funds are credited directly toward the final price of your kitchen cabinet, bath cabinet or custom furniture purchase.
