No, there is no charge for children age 4 and under as long as they are accompanied by an adult, and that they ride on an adult’s lap during the Carriage Tour. Tickets are not available for children age 4 and under and they are admitted free with an adult at all of the businesses included in the Mackinac Island Experience Package.
