Festivals pay an 18% commission and agree to discount their entry fees by $5 for Withoutabox submissions. Fees are only charged at the time when filmmakers complete their festival submission and pay electronically on Withoutabox. All net festival submission revenue is then paid out monthly as directed by festivals.
