Is there a certain strength that therapeutic magnets should be to be effective? Can any type of magnet heal the body?

Prior to purchasing magnets, check to see the strength of the product and any specific studies done using the brand you are looking at. The book “Magnet Therapy: The Pain Cure Alternative” by Rosch et al. has some interesting information as well. My past experiences of using these products for knee, neck and upper back discomfort has been nothing short of amazing. While there are no guarantees that these products will help everyone, I believe they are a valuable alternative healing tool.
