All underage driver surcharges are paid locally to the supplier and are non refundable. USA At most Carbookers locations in the US, the minimum age to hire a vehicle is 25. In certain locations, the minimum age may be 18 or 21. In all instances a surcharge will apply for renters under age 25. Prices can vary from 4.00 euro per day in Europe up to 50.00 USD per day in the USA.
