Is there a cancellation policy for packages booked on INDIATOURHOUSE.COM?
Our cancellation policy is as follows : Advance cancellation: 25% cancellation fee for all cancellations made at least 15 days before arrival date. The remaining amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card account within 3-4 business days after cancellation. Before 7 days of arrival date: If the cancellation is made after 15 days but before 7 days of the commencement of the tour package, then 35% of the total tour package shall be charged as cancellation fees. *Restrictions apply Before 72 hours of arrival date: If cancellation is done on the 7 th day or there after but before 72 hours of the commencement of the tour then 50% of the total tour package cost shall be charged as cancellation fees After 72 hours of arrival date: If cancellation is made after 72 hours prior to the date of your tour, then your total advance amount shall be adjusted towards cancellation fees.
