Is there a cancellation fee is the participant cancels?
Yes. Up to 90 days prior to your departure you are entitled to a full refund of paid fees less a $100.00 per person processing fee + any other cancellation fees levied by our land suppliers/airlines. From 89-61 days you are entitled to a full refund less $250.00 per person processing fee + any other cancellation fees levied by our land suppliers/airlines. From 60-31 days, $500.00 per person will be assessed plus any other cancellation fees levied by our land suppliers/airlines*. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for unused services. *All airline tickets issued in conjunction to this tour are subject to air penalties per individual carriers rules and regulations, which will be applied. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and available for an additional cost.
