Is there a CAB for JUST a black TF3D clock?

I’m referring specifically to this clock: http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/4845/bck.jpg I have a CAB for the clear clock so I can see whatever my background image is, but if I want to revert back to the black clock that comes with the theme I installed (via CAB, if that makes any difference) I have to reinstall that theme’s CAB. So I wanted to avoid the 15 minute process of refreshing your TF3D theme by just having the clock CAB alone to reinstall if I ever need or want to.
