The online tutorials (esp. the Live ones) are a good start, but they aren’t really a lesson plan. Jeff Elhai (of Virgnia Commonwealth University) and Jeff Shrager (of The Carnegie Inst. and Stanford) both teach BioBike courses and have a lot of course materials, but most of it eventually goes online, either in the BioBike static docs, or in the Live Tutorials.
