YES. The user interface starting with Office 2007 is completely different than it has ever been. There are no more Menus and Toolbars, there are Ribbons with Command Groups and Buttons in 2007. It is VERY important to take a class in the version that you are working with or will work with. Please see Office 2003 VS Office 2007.
