Is there a better way to find out the information on peak and off-peak downloads?

www.gotalk.com/Portals/0…DSL2+_150507.pdf) that “The connection speed will be shaped to 64 kbps, when either of the download limits will be [sic] exceeded during both on-peak or off-peak times.” it seems ridiculous that there’s not an easy way of finding out how much we’ve downloaded in each period (peak and off-peak)!
