(Asked before the Heisman winner was revealed Saturday night.) No, as far as being a quarterback and a leader, and I know him personally. I know what type of person he is. I wouldn’t want to have another player to lead my team. Is that a big part of his package? The leadership? He has that “it” factor. That’s a big thing with him. It’s leadership without the ball in his hands, when people aren’t watching. The guy is a gym rat. He works hard in the summertime and the offseason. It could be 30 degrees outside and he’ll be out there trying to get (teammates) to do 7-on-7 workouts with him. You won a title at Texas. Have you had a prouder moment in your career?
