*IF YOUR INTERNET IS NOT WORKING PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING: 1. REBOOT MODEM /ROUTER FOR 45 SECONDS – IF APPLICABLE 2. REBOOT PC (TRY AGAIN TO CONNECT) IF NOT WORKING GO TO STEP 3. 3. START MENU-MY NETWORK PLACES-VIEW ALL NETWORKS-DOUBLE CLICK LAN-DOUBLE CLICK SUPPORT-CLICK REPAIR. (CLOSE, TRY AGAIN TO CONNECT) IF STILL NOT WORKING GO TO STEP 4. 4. START-RUN-TYPE CMD (FOR DOS PROMPT). ONCE IN DOS PROMPT TYPE “IPCONFIG AND PRESS ENTER. THEN TYPE IPCONFIG/RELEASE (ENTER) THEN TYPE IPCONFIG/RENEW (ENTER) CLOSE THE DOS BOX. TRY TO CONNECT AGAIN.
