Is there a $75 fee for skipping a scheduled appointment without notification?

Yes. When you sign up for therapy we ask you to sign a note saying that you will pay $75 if you skip your appointment without 24 hour notification. It is very important to notify us as soon as possible when you know that you are going to have a cancellation. However, see the next FAQ below.
